Arrive. Park the BE 200 10-30 meters on the Radisson Hotel aircraft parking ramp. ( hotel phone: 805 928 6000 )
If Before 13:00 PDT, then Director General’s selected people, possibly all, get airport badges that allow the BE 200 team to walk freely, without escorts between the Hotel and the BE 200. Attached is a form that will be used. It will take 1-2 days to get the badges.
TTE will also provide escorts with badges when needed. ( even between the hotel and the BE 200)
A small private reception* at 19:00 at the hotel or 1 hour after arrival which ever is later.

Thursday 8 April
Rest and FAA check for Special Flight Authorization.
Operations briefing.
Initial Press day 10-13:00 ( static )
Check of the BE 200 tanks with the USFS retardant loading equipment.
Badges issued.
Wine country tour on a mini bus for crew.
BE 200 controllers visit Lake Cachuma with TTE to check the lake.
Welcome Dinner with hosts and sponsors.
Friday 9 April .
10:00 AM to 12:00 Noon Press Exclusive
1:00 PM till 6:00 PM : Aircraft Open House AM for:

Santa Barbara Fire
LA Fire
Air Tanker Operators
Ventura County Fire
SLO Fire
2:00PM Flight to Santa Barbara. Park at Hangar 1, Signature Aviation: for 3 Hours.
6.00 PM Return to SMX
Sat 10 April:
11:00 AM - 3:00PM open house for Public*
*Chamber Ambassadors.
US Air tanker, and government US fire pilots fly in the aircraft with Russian crew. ( SFA permitting)

AM OPEN
2:00PM– 5:00PM Static display for public.
Trip to Avila Beach.

10:00 AM – 3 PM . Cachuma lake operations (subject to Permits)
